Utilizing technologies such as Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software enables us to uncover trends and learn about the successes of digital marketing campaigns in real time.

Our teams

  • Paid Media plans, secures, and manages strategic paid media schedules in support of the university's marketing goals.
  • Marketing Analytics provides data and insights drawn from digital marketing efforts across web, email, paid media, and other marketing data sources to empower decision-making about how IU guides its marketing investments.
  • CRM Marketing uses strategy and technology to create integrated, personalized constituent experiences via email, SMS, and mobile push.
