Whitney is the CRM Marketing Consultant for the IUPUI and IU Online brand teams. In her role, Whitney bridges the gap between marketing systems and seamless user journeys. As a technology geek and a part-time IU Human Computer Interaction master’s student, Whitney is always striving to improve user experiences—for IU marketers, students and any other individual whose journey leads to IU.

An IUPUI alumna, Whitney began her marketing career at IUPUI School of Science where she led current and prospective student journeys—from strategy to content creation and CRM implementation. Fun fact: She also served as the "mascot" for the school’s Interdisciplinary Studies degree program (you may have seen her on a print brochure or two holding a camera and a beaker). Prior to her role with IU Studios, Whitney was a Communications Coordinator for IU School of Medicine.

Outside of her role with IU Studios, Whitney works with the Prepared for Environmental Change IU Grand Challenge Anthropocene Household project to develop technology to better connect the Indianapolis community with the big-picture concepts and local realities of climate change. She is also an avid traveler, photographer, and enjoys taking care of her 25 (and counting) houseplants.
