Take control of your data collection

Set up FireForm, IU's custom-built form builder, on an existing site.

We can assist with building forms that meet accessibility requirements, ensure a user experience that is consistent throughout the IU web space, and securely carry restricted and critical data. There is additional cost associated with the individual forms based on the size and complexity of the form.

While there is a fee for setup, there is no fee for using FireForm.

Setup does not include training. We will provide FireForm training as a separate product in the store soon.

Use FireForm for restricted and critical data, and for creating complex forms that require logic. Consider MachForm for simple forms that will not be used for restricted or critical data.
